Directions
From I-40 East or West, take Highway 52 North. Continue North into Mount Airy via Hwy. 52. Take the Hwy. 89 exit. Continue straight through the light onto Independence Blvd. You will go through 5 stoplights. Go to the STOP sign at the bottom of the hill and take a left onto Riverside Drive. Continue for approximately one mile. Old Springs Rd. will be on your left and Technology Lane will be the parking lot on your right. Hospice is at the end of Technology Lane.
From I-77 take exit 100 (Mt. Airy). Take Hwy. 89 toward Mt. Airy. Go approximately 5 miles to the second stoplight and turn left onto Independence Boulevard (Blockbuster Video). You will go through 5 stoplights. Go to the STOP sign at the bottom of the hill and take a left onto Riverside Drive. Continue for approximately one mile. Old Springs Rd. will be on your left and Technology Lane will be the parking lot on your right. Hospice is at the end of Technology Lane.
